Todd Little- graduate of Baylor University, obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Finance, to include an emphasis in Financial Planning, Insurance and Risk Management. He began to focus in benefits consulting and retirement planning for small to medium sized firms when he joined Allied Business Services in Dallas, Texas.

Over the last several years, he has worked and consulted with over 250 small to mid-size companies in the fields of medical, dental, non-profit, real estate, technological, legal and accounting. He is currently a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT), a trade association representing the interests of independent insurance and financial consultants and brokers and their customers.

As a former member of the Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU), he participated in legislative committees as well as other insurance and risk management organizations. As an advocate for small business, he has met with congressional leaders and policy makers both in Texas and Washington concerning issues as they relate to healthcare, retirement planning and other estate planning initiatives. As Mayor of Red Oak, Texas, where he served two consecutive terms (2000-2006), he lead the community during its most challenging, yet prosperous, growth period. Before mayor, he was involved as Director with the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce. While serving five years as Director and past Board President of Hope Clinic, an indigent healthcare organization in Ellis County, Texas, he was instrumental in moving the clinic forward to obtain a Federally Qualified Healthcare Clinic (FQHC) status.

Currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Johnson and Ellis County Meals on Wheels, where the goal is "to provide the next meal so that no senior goes hungry" , and as Board Chairman, he led the community in a capital campaign for a new facility to meet both the demands of a growing area and an aging population. With his reputation of experience and knowledge, he is able to deliver a solid and conservative approach to problems and needs of small and mid-sized businesses around the Southwest region.

Benjamin G Little, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Business Services, Inc., moved to Texas in 1961. He attended North Texas State College (now UNT) focusing his studies in the fields of psychology and economics, while honorably serving his country in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. The goal for him has been "to help people create and grow wealth in a safe and tax efficient environment", with a strong focus on risk management. This interest grew out of training and research in the insurance industry, where he has been licensed and sold millions of dollars of insurance to cover the identified risks.

Having many years of diverse business experience in profitable business ventures including insurance agencies, oil & gas exploration & production, residential & commercial real estate development, manufacturing, and marketing is uniquely qualified to provide prudent business and personal advise. Industry recognized as a "Certified Senior Advisor" (CSA), he has provided guidance, analysis, forecasting, financial management, tax avoidance, estate preservation and risk management insight to his high net worth clients.
